Why GAAP?

Started 1998

Golden Achievers Academy grew up in an environment that emphasized learning and academic excellence. They decided on their field of specialization early in their scholastic career and have since developed a name for themselves as an expert Academic.

 

They believe knowledge should be available to all and try to teach and write in an accessible and understandable manner. As a result, Golden Achievers Academy has become known for connecting people to information in engaging, interesting and thought-provoking ways.

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR ESC APPLICANTS 

  • Application Form for ESC 

  • ESC Contract Form  

  • Data Privacy Notice Form  

  • 2x2 Phot - 2 copy  

  • Photocopy of Grades 6 Report Card 

  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 

  • ESC Transfer-out Certificate issued by Previous School (For Transferees only)

  • Proof of Financial Capacity (please refer from the following accepted documents below) 

  • 2 Long Folder

Proof of Financial Capacity 

The following are the accepted documents for applicants who are reqiured to submit proof of financial capacity: 

Locally Employed - Certificate of Employment, Pay Slip or Income Tax Return (BIR form 2316)

Employed Abroad - Certificate of Employment or Employment Contract 

With Business - Notarized Affidavit 

Unemployed - Certificate of Tax Exemption, Barangay Certificate of Inigency or copy of 4P's ID if member of 4P's.

**Note: Not qualified for Voucher and ESC if Parents Income more than 97k per month.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Entrance Exam 

  • Report Card (Form 138)

  • Certificate of Good Moral 

  • 2 Copies of Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)

  • 2 Copies of 2 x 2 pictures 

  • Php 3,000 reservation fee (Deductible Upon Enrolment)

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VPB APPLICANTS (SHS)

  • 2x2 Photo - 2 copy 

  • Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card 

  • QVR Certificates (for incoming Grade 11 from Private school) 

  • ESC Transfer-out Certificate (for incoming Grade 11 ESC Grantees from Private School)

  • VPB Transfer-out Certificates issued by Previous SHS (For Transferees Grade 12)

  • Proof of Financial Capacity (please refer from the following accepted documents below)
